Vulcan Asset Management
Christian brings a background in engineering, project management, and technical sales to the world of property management. As a former Head Technical Sales Engineer at Taylor Devices, he led high-level industrial and defense projects, streamlined operational processes, and significantly improved margins. Through his work as a real estate investor and property manager, Christian developed a passion for delivering hands-on, high- quality service that enhances asset performance and tenant experience. At the heart of his approach is a commitment to preventive maintenance, transparency, and operational excellence, ensuring every property is run with the care of an owner.

Justin began his entrepreneurial journey as the founder of C & J Landscaping and Site Development, which he successfully built and managed from 2021 to 2024—all while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in Finance and Supply Chain Management with a minor in Economics. Today, he focuses on value-add multifamily acquisitions, property management, and private equity real estate investing through his latest venture, Vulcan Equity Group.
Justin is passionate about unlocking value in underperforming assets, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to the revitalization of communities across Western New York.
