I've had a really good experience with Vulcan Asset Management. I originally managed the properties myself, so I was a little hesitant about making the switch, but they made the transition pretty easy. They were flexible and supportive throughout the process, took the time to explain the agreements, and were always willing to answer my questions. They also helped me get the leases updated and did a great job finding and screening new tenants. They were thorough with the background checks and worked with me to evaluate the candidates, and ultimately found two great fits for my property. Since they've taken over management, they've been quick to respond when maintenance issues come up and have done a good job keeping me informed. I also appreciate the communication around rent payments and distributions. Overall, I'm really happy with the decision to have them manage the property. It's taken a lot of the day-to-day hassle off my plate, while still keeping me informed about what's happening. I'd definitely recommend them to other property owners.
